Our Terms of Stay
Please go through our Terms of Stay below before you make your booking
- All our homes are rented out purely for residential purpose and no commercial, religious, political, immoral, narcotics and recreational drug usage or illegal activities or any kind immoral/criminal activity should be carried out from its premises. All applicable laws, as well as Government rules and regulations in effect at the time are to be observed and abided by the guests. Any suspicious activities would be reported to the authorities.
- All homes listed on our website, have a minimum stay period of 10 days. However, few homes are available 1 to 3 days stays as well.
- Guests shall not create nuisance to the neighbors or to the public and shall adhere to the moral standards of the land.
- Guests shall comply to the rules & regulations of respective resident's assocation wherever applicable.
- Guests cannot sub-let the property to any third party at any circumstance.
- Guests will have to maintain room cleanliness and fair use of all furniture (beds, sofa cushions) and household appliances, furniture and facilities including electricity, water, cooking gas, kitchen utensils etc. during their stay. Cleaning fee of ₹2000/- will be charged if the property or its premise is found to be shabby or in an unhygenic condition at the time of checking-out. Shampoo cleaning charges of ₹600/seat will be charged if the sofa / diwan cushions are dirtied by the guest. Dirtying of the walls or scribbling on the walls be not be tolerated and will be penalized. It is the duty of parents/guardians to prevent children from scribbling on the walls.
- Kitchen waste / Plastic waste, will have to be disposed off in the place designated for it and should not be piled up within the building or littered around the property. Any littering of waste in or around the premises, will attract a fine.
- Power Invertors with a power backup of 1 to 5 hours are provided in most of our homes. In case of power failures guests will have to use the lights and fans discreetly to get the maximum power backup. No additional batteries or generator backup shall be provided.
- Guests coming from other countries shall bring along with them Power Plug Adapters (Travel Adapters) / Voltage Convertors to use their devices in Indian power plugs & sockets. In India the power plugs and sockets are of type C, D and M.
- In case of breakdown of any household appliances (refrigerator, air-conditioner, mixer-grinder, TV etc) due to wear and tear, the same shall be repaired at the earliest possible date. Replacement of any such appliance shall be done only if it financially feasible and after approval of the property owner.
- Check-in & Check-out timings are between 6:00am to 9:00pm on weekdays & between 1:00pm to 9:00pm on Sundays.
- At the time of checking-in, the guest will have to mandatorily produce the originals of their Photo ID Card - Passport or Indian Voters ID Card or Aadhar Card (one of these only) along with a copy of the same. The copy of their photo ID card shall be retained by us for documentation and record purposes. In case of guests coming from other countries a copy of their passport have to be produced. A copy of their COVID19 Vaccination Certificate or RTPCR Certificate shall be submitted.
- The Total Rent will be collected in advance at the time of checking-in for guests staying for less than 2 months. For guests staying for more than 2 months, rent will be collected in advance every month.
- The Security Deposit/Booking Amount is refundable only at the time of checking out. The Security Deposit shall not be adjusted with the rental amount at any circumstances.
- Maximum number of guests permitted per bedroom is limited to 3 persons - 2 adults and 1 child (below 10 years of age).
- Extention of stay is allowed subject to availability of the property. Extensions should be intimated well in advance.
- No refunds will be made for Premature check-outs in any circumstances.
- Guests cannot alter the house, its structure or erect any temporary structure within the premises. Temporary structures such as pandals and tents can be erected within the property premises only after prior permission from the property managers and after paying the required charges.
- Guests are strictly not permitted to move out any items of the house (even temporarily).
- We are not responsible for the loss due to theft / robbery or damage of any valuables belonging to the guests. Guests are requested to keep their valuables safe including their vehicles in the property premises.
- Cancelation of bookings can to be done minimum 30 days before the check-in date and only 80% of the booking amount shall be refunded. 20% of the booking amount is retained towards admin chargees. Please note : No refunds shall be made for cancelations thereafter.
- Guests using the internet facility at our homes (wherever available), should be strictly within the cyber laws of India. The internet facility in our homes, should not be used for criminal activities like theft, fraud, forgery, cyber terrorism, IPR violations, credit card frauds, EFT frauds, pornography, defamation and mischief or any other cyber crime, which are subject to the Indian Penal Code.
- Visitor cannot stay overnight without our prior permission.
- Electricity charges are additional and calculated as per the actual consumption @ ₹9/- per unit.
- Cooking Gas (LPG refill) will be provided on request by the guests at an additional cost as per the prevailing market rate plus transportation charges.
- 1 month DTH (TV) subscription is provided free of cost only for guests staying for 30 days or more. For stays lesser than 30 days, the guests will have to pay for the DTH subscription charges.
- Internet charges (wherever applicable) are additional and guests will have to pay for it.
- Subscription of newspapers and periodicals to the property address are generally discouraged. However in case a guest wants to subscribe to any newspaper or periodical, all dues of such subscription shall be cleared by the guest with the concerned vendors before checking-out from the property.
- At the time of vacating the premises, if the guests have caused any damage to the premises, fixtures or fittings, or items listed in the inventory such damages shall be recovered from the security deposit and any damages which exceeds the security deposit has to be compensated by the guests before vacating the premises.
- The guests will have to inform, atleast 2 hours in advance before checking-out of the property premises, and the keys of property has to be handed over to the property managers promptly.
- Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with terms and conditions agreed upon. Our staff has the right to dislodge any guest who violates any of the terms and conditions, without any refund.
