Our Terms of Stay

The house and its premises are given only for residential purposes and no business or immoral/criminal activity should be carried out from the premises. All the properties listed have a minimum stay period of 2 to 3 days.

Guests shall not create nuisance to the neighbors or to the public and shall adhere to the moral standards of the land.

Guests cannot sub-let the property to any third party at any circumstance.

Guests will have to maintain room cleanliness and fair use of all household appliances, furniture and facilities including electricity, water, cooking gas, kitchen utensils etc. during their stay. Cleaning fee will be charged if the property or its premise is found to be shabby or in an unhygenic condition at the time of checking-out.

Kitchen waste will have to be disposed off in the place designated for it and should not be piled up within the building.

Check-in & Check-out timings are between 6:00am to 9:00pm on weekdays & between 1:00pm to 9:00pm on Sundays.

At the time of checking-in, the guest will have to mandatorily produce the originals of their Photo ID Card (Passport, Indian Voters ID Card and Aadhar Card) along with a copy of the same. The copy of the photo ID card will be retained by us for record purposes. A copy of passport will be mandatorily retained by us in case of non resident Indians and guests coming from other countries.

Maximum number of guests per bedroom is limited to three (2 adults + 1 minor) persons generally (the minor should be below 10 years).

Guests staying for more than two month have the option to remit 50% of the total rental amount at the time of of checking-in.

Guests staying for less than a 45 days will have to remit 100% of the rental amount at the time of checking-in.

The Security Deposit/Booking Amount is refundable at the time of checking out. The Security Deposit will not adjusted with the rental amount at any circumstances.

Extention of stay is allowed subject to availability of the property. Extensions should be intimated well in advance.

Guests cannot alter the house, its structure or erect any temporary structure within the premises. Temporary structures such as pandals and tents can be erected within the property premises only after prior permission from the property managers.

Guests are strictly not permitted to move out any items of the house (even temporarily).

We are not responsible for the loss due to theft / robbery or damage of any valuables belonging to the guests. Guests are requested to keep their valuables safe including their vehicles in the property premises.

Cancelation of bookings, has to be done minimum 30 days before the check-in date, especially during peak seasons. No refund will be made for cancelations done 20 days prior to the checking-in date.

Guests using the Internet facility at our homes (wherever available), should be strictly within the cyber laws of India. The Internet facility in our homes, should not be used for criminal activities like theft, fraud, forgery, cyber terrorism, IPR violations, credit card frauds, EFT frauds, pornography, defamation and mischief or any other cyber crime, which are subject to the Indian Penal Code.

Visitor time is limited between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Electricity charges are additional and calculated as per the actual consumption @ ₹9/- per unit. Solar Charges of ₹500/- will be charged additionally in properties where solar power installations are done.

One Cooking gas refill is provided free of cost for guests staying for more than 30 days and for additional refills, ₹1000/- will be charged. For stays are lesser than 30 days, ₹500/- will be charged for first refill.

TV connection is gennerally provided free of cost, for guests staying for more than 10 days. For stays lesser than 10 days, the guests would have to pay for connection or they can charge the DTH connection by themselves.

At the time of vacating the premises, if the guests have caused any damage to the premises, fixtures or fittings, or items listed in the inventory such damages shall be recovered from the security deposit and any damages which exceeds the security deposit has to be compensated by the guests before vacating the premises.

The guests will have to inform, atleast 2 hours in advance before checking-out of the property premises, and the keys of property has to be handed over to the property managers promptly.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with terms and conditions agreed upon. Our staff has the right to dislodge any guest who violates any of the terms and conditions, without any refund.
Cancellation Policy

The guest expressly undertakes to provide to us only correct and valid information while requesting for our services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the guest would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the guest from availing the services from us. In case we discover or we have reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the guest that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the guest or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him/her, We are at the sole discretion and shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the guest, including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the guest. In such an event we not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the guest or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services. The guest unequivocally indemnifies us of any such claim or liability and shall not hold us responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by us for safeguarding our interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include us denying/cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.

Only those cancellation requests, which are made by phone or in person, shall be entertained. We shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to any other persons, including property caretaker or the owner of the proeperty, without intimating us and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail. The booking cannot be transferred to another name. Primary guest name change is not allowed and will be treated as invalid information from user. We charge an additional service fee of Rs 500/- wherever cancellations are applicable.

Early Departures - Once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore no refunds will be given.

Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date at the accommodation reserved, withour prior intimation, will forfeit the complete booking amount and booking will be cancelled.

Modification on booking dates can be made (subject to availability). However, minimum days will be counted as per initial booking made by guest.

Cancellation and modification of booking charges :-
1 night charge + 25% of total billing, if booking is cancelled 30 days in advance.
1 night charge + 35% of total billing, if booking is cancelled 26 days in advance.
No refund will be made thereafter

In case of cancellation all the bank transfer fee and in case of using Paypal all the commission & fee shall be paid by the guest. We take at least 14 working days to process refunds. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
